Download Haide AI Call Assistant for Windows

Install Haide and use every feature free for 30 days. After the trial, buy a license, click Activate License inside Haide, enter your username and password in the popup, then click Get License to download the license automatically.

Run the installer

Open the downloaded .exe and follow the setup wizard. Haide installs to Program Files and creates a desktop shortcut automatically.

Install VB-Audio Virtual Cable

Download and install VB-Audio Virtual Cable from vb-audio.com. Restart your PC afterward so Haide can capture call audio correctly.

Configure your call app

In Zoom, Teams, or Meet, go to Audio Settings and set Speaker output to "CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)". If you cannot hear the caller, open CABLE Output properties and enable Listen to this device.

Enter your API keys

Open Haide Settings and add your AssemblyAI and OpenAI keys. Add a Cerebras key only if you want optional speed-first suggestions.

Load your documents

Add your resume, notes, job descriptions, or other .txt files to a folder, select that folder in Haide, save settings, and click Embed.

Need a license?

The download is free. After 30 days, buy a license, click Activate License inside Haide, enter your username and password in the popup, then click Get License to download the license automatically from the Haide website server.
