Haide Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using Haide Call Assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Haide includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial, a valid paid license is required to keep using the desktop app. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license entitlement to install and use Haide on your own devices. The license is not emailed as a key. Open Haide, click Activate License, enter your username and password in the popup, then click Get License so the app can retrieve and validate your purchased license automatically from the Haide website server. - You may not redistribute or resell the software - You may not reverse engineer or decompile it - You may not use it for illegal purposes - You may not share paid access or activation entitlement with others

You are solely responsible for the cost and security of your AssemblyAI, Cerebras, and OpenAI API accounts and for compliance with their terms.

Haide transcribes voice communications. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and obtaining any required consent from call participants.

License purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Review them before purchasing a license.

Haide does not route call audio, transcripts, prompts, or AI responses through Haide middle servers. Relevant document context may be sent directly to OpenAI for document-grounded suggestions. Activation may contact Haide to retrieve or validate your purchased license; after successful paid activation, normal use is designed not to require ongoing contact with Haide licensing servers. Operational Internet access is still required for configured providers.

Haide is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, professional, or business advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Haide.

Haide relies on third-party services that are not operated or controlled by Haide, including AssemblyAI, OpenAI, and optional Cerebras. Service availability, API compatibility, pricing, provider policies, model availability, and account access may change and may affect how Haide works.

A license does not include a guaranteed support period, maintenance period, update period, or guarantee that third-party services will remain compatible. Support and updates may be provided when available.

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
